Review of the claims presented regarding the delay of 19.3 months in the construction and commissionning of a hydraulic pipe connecting the pumping station to the dam (5 major civil works including a tunnel).

Review of contractual data ;

Analysis of durations of major works for a global synthesis ;

Quantification of extra costs and damages ;

Establishment and presentation of the report ;

Review of correspondences / amendments within a contract management mission ;

Participation to arbitration hearings (ICC).
