Methodology

1
Read all contractual, administrative and technical documents of the project
2
Implementation of documentation database
3
Kick off meeting with operational team in charge of the project follow up in order to understand the major issues encountered and their consequences
4
Compiling contractual elements defining the « planned » which will we used as reference to assess the impacts of modifications to the contract’s execution conditions on durations and means mobilized
5
Description of encountered disruptions based on traceability done by the operational team during the project execution and on minutes of meeting and whole correspondences exchanged. We then proceed to a critical analysis in order to select only disruptions with impact on the project. Our objective approach should lead us to value disruptions under the only responsibility of our client (own delays, non-compensable costs)
6
Analysis of disruptions consequences on durations, on means mobilization and on turnover :
> Regarding durations :
determination of delays impacts resulting from events and disruptions which justify partially or fully the extension of time (partial or global durations), determination of cumulative critical impacts of series of successive events (including analysis of concurrent delays)
> Regarding means mobilization : determination of variations in means mobilization (manpower, management, site fees, etc.) and justification of gaps in relation to disruptions (modeling of calculation of cumulative impacts on productivity)
> Regarding turnover : determination of the shift in turnover collection and linked damages
7
Review / Draw up calculation of additional costs and damages
8
Writing the external report or claim and its appendixes
9
Presentation of our deliverable in draft version in order to collect remarks of our client before sending the final version.
