Argos Construction

The success of our intervention lies mainly on the quality of information exchanges between the operational team and our consultants. The transparence constitutes an essential dimension with a strict respect of confidentiality.

In contexts with some tensions, our intervention helps the operational teams and the managers to get back far enough in their contractual relationships with all actors of the construction project. Our experience helps also to challenge / confirm / review strategies of claiming for additional remuneration or for extension of time.
