Thanks to a contract management implementation since the beginning of the project, all the events have been recorded. The contractor had regular reports with all requested details. Amendments were thus immediately agreed upon as well as additional payments. This case constitutes the exact opposite of the previous one. The Employer was regularly informed with events and dispute has been avoided.
