As certified organism (N°11 921 706 892) we animate training sessions for more than 15 years, for CEO of middle or small companies between 50 and 500 employees, project directors, financial directors, design, agency director, chargé d’affaires, works managers, in building industry, civil works, engineering, design offices in water treatment, etc.

These trainings are held for ½ day, 1, 2 or 3 days according to client’s needs.

EThey concern challenges et good practices in contract management and presentation and management of claims from the operational point of view regarding the project management.

Our interventions are often complementary to the ones of company lawyers or lawyers themselves and could be held during complete sessions for the Employers, Engineers and building companies.
